By accessing, browsing, or using the cv66as website (cv66as.net) or any associated services, applications, or features made available by cv66as, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and cv66as (the "Operator" or "Platform").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the cv66as platform. Continued use of any part of cv66as — including browsing the website, depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, or interacting with customer support — constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these terms.

cv66as reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice. Where material changes are made, cv66as will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an on-platform notice. The effective date of the most current version of these terms is displayed at the top of this document. It is the Player's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of cv66as following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Access to the cv66as platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which the account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. cv66as does not permit access to, or use of, the platform by any person under the age of 18. This restriction applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any jurisdiction you may reference.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf. Creating an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your cv66as account, is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or a voluntary or involuntary exclusion from the cv66as platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, consultant, or agent of cv66as, or an immediate family member of such a person, for the purpose of wagering on the cv66as platform.

cv66as takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. During the registration process, all players are required to confirm that they are aged 18 or above. cv66as reserves the right — at any stage, without prior warning — to request documentary evidence of age and identity from any player. Documents typically accepted for age verification include a valid national identification card, a valid passport, or a government-issued photo identification. Until satisfactory age verification is received, cv66as may suspend the relevant account, freeze deposits, and withhold withdrawal requests.

To access the full range of services available on cv66as — including placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure without payment of winnings.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the cv66as platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same payment method, the same device, the same IP address, or via proxy — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cv66as account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. • Account information must be updated promptly if your personal details change.

• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy fees or administrative closure in accordance with cv66as's dormant account policy.

Accepted KYC documents include, but are not limited to: Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, birth certificate (with supporting photo ID), and recent utility bills or bank statements for proof of address. All documents must be current, legible, and unaltered.

cv66as supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically chosen to serve the Bangladeshi player base. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). cv66as does not charge additional currency conversion fees, as all transactions are processed natively in BDT.

The following payment methods are currently supported on the cv66as platform:

The minimum deposit amount on cv66as is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply based on the selected payment method and the player's account verification status. Full-KYC-verified accounts generally benefit from higher transaction limits.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes committed to at the time of request. cv66as aims to process all eligible withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification, completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and confirmation that the withdrawal method matches a previously used deposit method. cv66as reserves the right to apply additional checks to withdrawals where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or terms violation.

Deposits made to cv66as are intended solely for the purpose of betting and gaming activity on the platform. cv66as is not a financial institution and does not offer interest on account balances. Players should not deposit funds they do not intend to use for gaming within a reasonable timeframe. Requests to withdraw deposited funds without any gaming activity may be subject to additional verification and processing fees at cv66as's discretion.

cv66as offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be stated clearly at the point of offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms applicable to each bonus before claiming it. General bonus principles that apply across all cv66as promotions are outlined in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses at cv66as are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses and any associated free spins or free bets carry an expiry date. Bonuses not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the player's account without replacement.

Players found to be exploiting bonus offers — including through the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent, collusion with other players, or systematic arbitrage of promotional offers — may have their bonuses voided, their winnings confiscated, and their accounts permanently closed.

All sports bets placed on cv66as are subject to the cv66as Sports Betting Rules, which govern market availability, bet settlement, void bet circumstances, in-play betting conduct, and maximum payout limits. Casino game outcomes on cv66as are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) provided by cv66as's integrated game studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — and are not influenced or manipulated by the cv66as platform.

• Bet Acceptance: cv66as reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on events where the result is already known at the time of placement, or where a system error has produced an incorrect price.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may vary by market, game, player account status, and promotional context.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension at any time due to significant match events (wickets, goals, injuries, video reviews). Bets placed during a suspension period may be voided at cv66as's discretion.
• Settlement: Sports bet settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.) at the conclusion of the event, unless stated otherwise in the specific market rules. cv66as aims to settle all bets within 24 hours of official result confirmation.
• Cricket-Specific Rules: For BPL, Bangladesh Tigers, IPL, and T20 World Cup markets, the minimum number of overs required for a match to be considered valid for betting purposes is specified in the cv66as Cricket Betting Rules, available via the support team.

For live casino games streamed by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, the rules of each specific game (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Andar Bahar, etc.) are displayed within the game interface and are governed by the game provider's published rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the displayed rules and the outcome of a round, the game provider's records shall be determinative.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the cv66as platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, voiding of all winnings, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Providing false personal information during registration or account verification.
• Creating more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using software, bots, scripts, automated systems, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an advantage over the platform or other players.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or glitches. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable software error will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate outcomes or exploit market pricing.
• Using the cv66as platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud. cv66as complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without notifying the account holder.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including multi-accounting, self-referral schemes, or systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to extract bonus value.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the cv66as platform's systems, servers, databases, or network infrastructure without authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cv66as staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Using the cv66as platform from a jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is explicitly prohibited by law, where the player has knowingly misrepresented their location.

cv66as employs fraud detection, IP monitoring, device fingerprinting, and behavioural analysis systems to identify prohibited conduct. Players found to be in violation of this section will not be entitled to any payments, refunds, or compensation from cv66as, regardless of the account balance at the time of closure.

The cv66as platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While cv66as makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform, cv66as does not guarantee that the platform will be free of errors, interruptions, or downtime. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network disruptions, third-party service provider outages, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cv66as's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the cv66as platform shall not exceed the value of funds held in the player's cv66as account at the time the relevant claim arose. cv66as shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or data arising from use of the platform.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Technical failures on the player's device, internet connection, or mobile network that affect betting or gaming activity.
• Actions taken in good faith by cv66as in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, including account suspension or closure where terms violations are suspected.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit cv66as's liability for fraud, personal injury caused by cv66as's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

cv66as is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution. Players who are unsatisfied with a decision made by the cv66as support team may escalate their complaint by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected] with full details of the disputed matter. cv66as will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 7 business days.
